The book that I read had some discussion questions in the back, which really helped me think as I read.
The books were super clean but still had a good plot and setting. In each book, there is a ship for everyone, whether it be Cresswell (my favorite), or Kai and Cinder. The setting is amazing, while I was reading Cinder, I could almost feel the heat of New Bejing and smell the hot humid air. They are good books to get someone out of a reading slump.
The plot was so good, and the books were super fast-paced. I was really really really impressed by these books.

The ONLY issue I have with this book, is that it's TOO awesome 😎. (Like REALLY important) And after you finish the first book make sure that you read the rest (which I know you will because the cliffhanger is TOO BIG) :). MAKE SURE that you pay attention to the parts that talk about the government issues because it ends up being really important in the book. You won't be able to put it down, you will just be ready to devour more. The relationships that end up taking place and the BEAUTIFULLY written plot are just *MWAH* Bon appetit. Trust me, I wanted to as well, but I saved myself from one of the biggest mistakes in my life I could ever make. I know what you are probably thinking, "oh this book looks meh, I've read the first 50 pages, I kinda wanna quit-". If you or your child is into sci-fi and space ideas, then they will totally love this book. but like seriously, you should.I absolutely LOVED THIS BOOK. like everyone else says everywhere, read one book, you gotta read the whole series. I just can’t choose! This series is just period. My favorite relationship might have to either be Cress and Thorne, or Scarlet and Wolf, of Cinder and Kai… oh it’s not my fault. I gotta say Iko just slays in every appearance she makes. we learn about the evil queen levana posses, and we become apart of the rampion crew to defeat her. I love every word she chose to write, from the beginning to the end of every page of each book. (on her website she has little shorts “continuing the story” like little COVID-19 excerpts) i own all of the paperback copy’s (i simply prefer paperback over hardcover 🤷♀️), along with the graphic novels. (when i write this review it is for the whole series) first off, a HUGE THANK YOU to Marisa Myers for taking the time to transfer these elite ideas into words and onto pages.
